My name is Hannah Drew-Moyer and I am a full time student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate New York. I am working towards a bachelors degree in Math with minors in Astronomy and Cognition. I also love bread. I’m tired of the constant repetition of work that college provides, so I decided to buy a bread cookbook and bake bread until my fingers bleed. Just kidding. But I am going to bake through the whole book and hopefully learn to make some delicious bread.

Part two of my plan is to sell bread to people at my school, and with each loaf sold donated a loaf to a homeless shelter. It’s cheap enough to make that it seems totally viable. I guess we’ll see. I just want to do what I love, let other people enjoy it, give back to my community, and hopefully not get fat along the way.

    Hi, Hannah,
Your dad just showed me your blog and I think that’s the greatest idea to make bread, sell it to students, and donate the money to a homeless shelter. You’re so cool!
